Meadow Pond Elementary Unveils Buddy Bench SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. -- Meadow Pond Elementary School has added a Buddy Bench to its playground area.  “We are very excited about the project, and it seems to be working out great so far,” said Assistant Principal Dawn Pomeroy. American Student ID'd As Victim Of Paris Terror Attacks A college student from California is the first American fatality identified among the victims of the terror attacks in Paris of Friday, Nov. 13.  Nohemi Gonzalez, 23, was killed at one of the restaurants attacked on Friday night, according to reports.
