She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

White Plains Third-Graders Receive Dictionaries From Elks Lodge WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Every third grader in the White Plains Public School district received a dictionary as a gift from the Mid Westchester Elks Lodge 535, to enhance their education.
