Students Test Pilot Robotic Surgery System At Putnam Hospital In Carmel CARMEL, N.Y. -- Putnam-area high school students got the opportunity to test the pilot robotic surgery system at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel.Students participated in a presentation by Dr. Hansraj Sheth, head of Robotic Surgery at Putnam Hospital Center, while test piloting the Davinci Robot.  Sheth spoke with Good Day Hudson Valley host Lisa Kaslyn about state of the art advances in non-invasive surgery using the Davinci Surgical System.  The education was designed to get kids interested in medicine as a career.
