Putnam Department Of Health Offers Free Rabies Vaccination For Pets PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Putnam County Department of Health is hosting a Free Rabies Clinic Saturday, Nov. 7, from 2-4 p.m. at Brook Farm Veterinary Center, Routes 164 and 22 in Patterson. Bring your pets--dogs, cats and ferrets. Dogs must be leashed. Cats and fetters must be in carriers. Pet owners also must bring the following: A photo ID as proof of Putnam County residency. Thousands Watch Tarrytown Recreation Department's Halloween Parade TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- The Tarrytown Recreation Department held its 14th annual Halloween Parade on Saturday and it was a huge success.This year’s grand marshal, Susan Sincero, led the parade of more than 27 floats and groups participating and thousands more in costumes.
