She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Rockland County Jury Finds Garnerville Man Guilty Of Strangling Girlfriend GARNERVILLE, N.Y. -- A Rockland County jury has found a Garnerville man guilty of strangling his girlfriend, according to reports. Nixon Bourguignon, 28, was found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Shannon Coleman. The jury rejected Bourguignon’s defense that he was under the influence of the sleep aid Ambien when he strangled Coleman in their Garnerville apartment in May 2014, News 12 said. Marion Sierzega, 88, Of Harrison HARRISON, N.Y. -- Marion Sierzega, a longtime resident of Harrison, died Oct. 1 at the age of 88. She was born Dec. 19, 1926, in Floridia, Sicily, to the late Antonio and Bettina Rossitto. She arrived in the United States in 1929, and was raised in Port Chester. Cardinal Timothy Dolan Blesses San Miguel Academy NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Archbishop of New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan visited and blessed San Miguel Academy of Newburgh on the occasion of its 10th Anniversary during an outdoors ceremony at the school.
