'Emerging And Emeritus' Exhibits At Putnam Arts Council PUTNAM, N.Y. -- The Putnam Arts Council is featuring "Emerging and Emeritus," an exhibit in the A. Eric Arctander Gallery at the Belle Levine Art Center.The exhibit opened on Sept. 12, to a standing room only crowd.
