Suspended Palisades Park Officer Back On Payroll PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- A Palisades Park police officer under indictment on charges of stealing from the borough was returned to the payroll Wednesday because of a procedural error, NorthJersey.com reports. Sergeant Marc Messing was also paid $43,503.80 in back and current pay, the report says. Borough Clerk Gina Kim told NorthJersey.com the sum represents $9,667.60 per month in salary.
