Deadly Taconic Crash Victim From Wappingers Falls Was Caring Father, Friend Who Loved Cars A Dutchess County man who died in a tragic head-on crash on the Taconic State Parkway is being remembered by loved ones as a kind-hearted, joyful soul who had a lifelong love of cars.  Robert Clark Jr., age 70, was killed around 9:36 a.m. on Sunday, May 4, in the town of Clinton, when his 1994 Ford Mustang was struck head-on by a vehicle that crossed over the median on the Taconic State Parkway, as Daily Voice previously reported.  The other driver, 19-year-old Jhonny L.
