Man Admits To 'Anal Sexual Contact' With Child Younger Than 11 In Newburgh A 34-year-old man has pleaded guilty to charges connected to his sexual conduct with a child younger than 11 years old in Orange County, officials announced.  Newburgh resident Kelvin Dubon-Rivas pleaded guilty to first-degree rape on Friday, Jan. 31 in Orange County Court, according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Man Struck By Car In Yonkers, Hospitalized A man was taken to a hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Westchester. The crash happened on Friday, Jan. 31 at around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Yonkers Avenue and Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, when an elderly man crossing the street was hit by a car after the driver failed to see him, according to Yonkers Police Sgt.
