Norwalk Officer Goes To Hartford Law Enforcement Camp NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk police officer Owen Lee was among participants in a recent Connecticut Police Chiefs Association Law Enforcement Day at Camp Courant in Hartford.The event was attended by more than 700 campers and staff.  Lee brought one of the department's emergency service unit trucks. The units are comprised of specially trained officers responsible for specific duties in addition to their regular policing assignments, according to the city's website. Units include a Hostage Negotiation Unit, Intelligence Unit, K-9 Unit, Scuba Unit and Tactical Unit.
