Bogota's $9.3 Million Budget Will Be Reviewed By State
BOGOTA, N.J. -- The Bogota Council introduced a municipal budget that could cost the average homeowner $90 per year on a $250,000 home, according to northjersey.com. The $9.3 million budget is $400,000 under the cap and reflects an increase of less than one percent over last year’s budget, according to northjersey.com. DEMAREST, N.J. --Three juniors from Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest were recently honored with Japanese awards.Kei Sakayama, NRVHS World Language teacher and James Santana, NRVHS Principal, announced the students received the "Japanese Language and Culture Study Award." A fundraising drive to raise money for disabled veterans was held at THE GYM in Montvale and Englewood.The funds were raised for Homes For Veterans, a local charity based in Harrington Park.
