Greenburgh's Community Center To Host Mexican Culture Celebration
GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- ArtsWestchester’s Folk Arts Program, in partnership with New Rochelle-based Mexican community arts collective Grupo Miztli, will present Festival Poblano En Nueva York – an afternoon of culture from the state of Puebla, Mexico from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 24.
The event, hosted by the Theodore D. Young Community Center of Greenburgh and taking place at Yosemite Park, will feature performances of music, dance and masquerade, as well as workshops and visual arts displays.
