Stamford Police Support Local Youth Education, Outreach Programs STAMFORD, Conn. -- Each year, more than 3,500 young people in Stamford turn to the Police Athletic League (PAL) to support and provide out-of-school activities, and PAL is looking to continue supporting the youth with programs this spring.
