The Eastchester Police Department will conduct a memorial Mass honoring Police Officer Michael R. Frey. Frey was slain in the line of duty on March 21, 1996. The Mass will be offered at the Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday at 7 p.m. During the weekends of March 22 and 29, palm crosses will be available for sale after all Immaculate Conception and Assumption Masses. The cost is $10 per cross.
