Westchester's SPCA Offers Free Surgeries For Feral Cats And Dogs WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Westchester will be offering free surgeries for feral cats in March and April in honor of February, Spay and Neuter Awareness month. The free spay and neuter surgeries for feral cats will be on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s in March and April 2015. The specific dates are March 23, 25, 27, 30 and April 1, and 3.
