Darien Library To Host A Baby Sleep Whisperer DARIEN, Conn. – Darien Library is hosting a workshop with Ingrid Y. Prueher, a certified pediatric sleep consultant with the Family Sleep Institute, on sleep solutions for families with children ages birth to 5. Prueher specializes in teaching sleepless parents and caregivers the fundamentals of sleep so their children can become amazing sleepers.
