Mary Rutherfurd Jay (1872-1953) was a descendant of American Founding Father John Jay. Several days before the arrest, police had received a complaint about four minors who were provided with alcohol by two adult men. Mahopac Dental Office Assistant Charged With Unlawful Discounts For Family SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- Vilma Nokaj, 41, of Mahopac, was charged with unlawfully discounting the dental accounts of eight family members and friends, according to the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Nokaj was a former employee of a dental office in Southeast and allegedly gave discounts totaling $8,200 between January and August 2014, according to police. She was charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records and third degree forgery, reported police.
