Man Driving Erratically In Yorktown Charged With DWI, Police Say YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Kenneth Grossberger, a 64-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, was charged with driving while intoxicated Wednesday, May 27, according to the New York State Police. Police were dispatched to find an erratic vehicle traveling on the Taconic State Parkway and after stopping the vehicle, identified the driver as Grossberger, who was intoxicated at the time, police said.  Grossberger's positive breath sample revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.09 percent, according to police. Smith, a 25-year-old Mount Vernon resident, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree on Saturday, May 23, according to the New York State Police.
