All Lanes Closed After Route 521 Crash: Developing A crash on Route 521 in Warren County has closed all lanes on Tuesday, Aug. 13, authorities said. The crash occurred on Route 521 at Exit 12 by Dogwood Road and Blairstown Road in Hope Township, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.  All lanes are closed and the exit ramp has also been closed as police remain on scene, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. Emails have seen sent to the Blairstown Police Department and Warren County Prosecutor's Office requesting additional information.

The incidents occurred near the intersections of Second and Garden Streets, Garden and First Streets, and Willow Avenue and Seventh Street between 1:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., a spokeswoman for the Hoboken police said.
