Jacob Muniz, of Albany, was arraigned on assault and related charges in Albany County Court on Monday, June 17. Saratoga County resident Brittney Jaworski, age 38, of Mechanicville, was last seen on Monday, June 10, according to Mechanicville Police. Emergency crews in Albany County were called at around 8:15 a.m. Monday, June 17, for a small plane that was seen "spinning around" before crashing in Colonie, near Albany Shaker and Maxwell roads.
