36-Year-Old Disappears From Hospital In Region Police in the region are asking the public for help locating a 36-year-old man last seen at a hospital where he reportedly refused treatment. The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office said Matthew Russo, address unknown, has been missing since Sunday, June 18, when he was last seen at Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris in the Catskills.  Russo was wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 8:20 a.m., Thursday, June 22 at a residence in the town of Pleasant Valley, said Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. "The child was removed from the tank, however, passed away," said Watterson.
