21-Year-Old Caught With Child Sex Videos, Photos, Police Say: Stratford Resident Charged A Fairfield County man has been charged with allegedly downloading more than 100 child-sex videos of underage girls. Joel Marquez, age 21, of Stratford, was arrested on Wednesday, April 19, and charged with possession of child pornography, said the Stratford Police on Facebook. Stratford detectives, who are members of the Internet Crimes Task Force, investigated Marquez’s actions which led to a search warrant for his electronic devices, police said.
