Tractor-Trailer Crash Causes Lane Restrictions On I-83: PennDOT A tractor-trailer crash has led to a lane restriction on Interstate 83 in Harrisburg, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The crash happened on I-83 South at Exit 50: US 22 West - Progress around 2:38 p.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA.  The lane restriction was put in place for crews clearing the scene.  No injuries had been reported at the time of publishing.  Check back here for possible updates.
