The arrests stemmed from an incident on Monday, Dec. 4 around 11:40 a.m., when the two teens were seen spray painting graffiti on a sound barrier wall just east of the intersection of Route 6 and Mill Street in Yorktown, according to Yorktown Police. Scam Alert: Suspect Claiming To Be Sergeant Over Phone In New Rochelle, Police Say A police department in Westchester is warning residents of a phone scam involving a caller who falsely claims to be a sergeant.  The phone scam was announced by the New Rochelle Police Department on Monday, Dec. 4, and reportedly consists of a caller claiming to be Sergeant William Walsh of the department's Warrant Squad.  The scammer has been calling from the phone number 914-618-4703, police said.
