Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Two Women Accused Of Dealing Drugs After Traffic Stop In Western Mass Two women have been accused of dealing drugs after a traffic stop in Western Massachusetts uncovered cocaine and LSD, police announced. The stop was made Sunday afternoon, July 4 in Hampshire County after narcotics investigators with the Ware Police Department say they obtained information through an investigation as to the operator being an "active distributor" of cocaine. Man Threatened To Kill Residents Of Long Island Home After Attempted Burglary, Police Say A 21-year-old was apprehended after police say he attempted to burglarize a Long Island home and then threatened to kill the residents. Anthony Ayala attempted to enter a home without permission on Elizabeth Street in Farmingdale at around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, July 4 by pushing in a bedroom air conditioner after attempting entry through other locked areas of the home, Nassau County Police said. Man Found Shot Dead At His Long Island Home A suspect is at large after a man was found fatally shot in his Long Island home. Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct officers responded to a 911 call from the family of Josue Bedell, age 47, requesting a wellness check at 10:05 a.m. Sunday, July 4, saying they had been unable to get in contact with him since Saturday, July 3.
