Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Covid-19: New Cases Lead To Closure, Quarantines At School District In Westchester The confirmation of new positive COVID-19 cases at a school district in Westchester has resulted in the closure of in-person learning at one school and quarantines for some students and staffers at another. Man Charged After Assault At Long Island Residence, Police Say A man has been charged following an assault that occurred at a Long Island residence, police said. Officers responded Sunday, Dec. 6 at 5 a.m. in Bellmore to 2800 Boundary Road for a report of an injured person for an assault that occurred just after 1 a.m. on Sunday. A 38-year-old male victim was found inside who had been stabbed and suffered multiple lacerations, said police.
