Sandra Diamond Fox has been a journalist since 2005, working for The News-Times and The Redding Pilot prior to coming to the Daily Voice. She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

New Rochelle Bar Association Enjoys Annual Surrogate's Dinner NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Bar Association held its annual surrogate's dinner at Juliano's Caterers in New Rochelle.The dinner was held on Jan. 12. The event welcomed and honored Westchester Surrogate Brandon R. Sall, who was appointed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo on an interim basis last May and who subsequently was elected to the position in November. Sleepy Hollow High's 'PAW' Club Visits Humane Society, Animal Shelter SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Members of Sleepy Hollow High’s PAW (Promoting Animal Welfare) club visited both the Humane Society of Westchester in New Rochelle and the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter. The visit took place Friday, Jan. 15. While at both sites, students and advisors learned more about the shelters, met the animals and dropped off some brand new toys for the cats and dogs. The new toys for the cats and dogs came courtesy of Sleepy Hollow High’s “Snowflakes for Shelters” campaign.
