Eastchester School Council Donates More Than 500 Food Items EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Eastchester Middle School Student Council would like to thank everyone who brought in donations for the local ECAP program food drive. The Eastchester Community Action Program (ECAP) serves Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Eastchester.
