Briarcliff Community Center At Law Memorial Park Nears Completion BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- The Community Center in the old rail station at Law Memorial Park in Briarcliff Manor is proceeding. The anticipated finish date is late January for its grand opening. The Community Center was part of a package for a bond referendum for the new library.  The bond referendum failed on two previous public votes.
