Families this year can bring unopened treats to two drop-off locations to benefit Operation Gratitude. The organization since 2003 has sent approximately 1 million care packages complete with hand-written notes and hygiene products to troops overseas. Kids, Pets Dress In Costumes For Ossining's Halloween Pet Parade OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining had its first Halloween Pet Parade this past Saturday. The pet parade started at 118 Croton Ave. at the new Elks Club, where owners and their pets gathered.
