She has a bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and a Master's degree in publishing from Pace University. She married with four teenage children and is a competitive runner and avid exerciser.

Samuel M. Bader, 90, Of Fairfield FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Samuel M. New Canaan's Historic Little Red House Opens To Public NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The Little Red School House on Carter Street in New Canaan will be open to the public from 1:15-3:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26.It will be staffed by docents who actually attended this one-room school.  Stephen Gravereaux, who currently is a member of the Society's Board of Governors, attended the school as did his brother and mother.  A native New Canaanite, his family were founders of the 125-year-old New Canaan Historical Society.

Darien Boy Scouts Celebrate 100th Anniversary Of Scouting DARIEN, Conn. -- To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouting in Darien, Boy Scout Troops 35 and 53 are providing an interactive day of family fun for all ages on Saturday, Sept. 26 from noon to 4 p.m. at Tilley Pond Park. There will be hands-on demonstrations of skills such as fire-building, campsite set-up, outdoor cooking, orienteering, pioneering, fishing and proper flag care.
