Croton-Harmon Fifth-Graders Perform At 9/11 Memorial CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School fifth-grade students honored community heroes on Sept. 11 with a performance of "Together We Can Change the World."  “The beautiful words and songs remind us all of the sacrifices that came before us and the importance of our freedom,” said Superintendent Edward Fuhrman. The students sang at the Croton-on-Hudson/Buchanan/Cortlandt 9/11 Memorial Service at Croton Landing Park.
