DiLecce was born on Dec. 12, 1932 and was the son of the late Nicola and Domenica (Steglienese) DiLecce. He was 82. He was a Veteran of U.S. Army during the Korean War. Pleasantville Budget Sees Possible 1.4 Percent Tax Hike PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Pleasantville residents could face a $1.4 percent tax increase for the 2015-16 fiscal year, according to a report in The Examiner. The newspaper reported Pleasantville village officials put forth a  $14.6 million budget for public review. Village Administrator Patricia Dwyer said spending,would increase by $857,556, or 6.2 percent.  The largest budget increases are in the government support and community services.
