Students In Norwalk Create Awareness For Teen Substance Abuse Prevention NORWALK, Conn. – A special group of teens from Brien McMahon High School is making an impact on the Norwalk community by creating awareness for teen substance abuse prevention, as well as learning how to advocate for the cause. White Plains YMCA Youth And Government Group Earns State Honors WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains YMCA Youth and Government program took top awards in early March at the annual state conference for area youth and government groups.
