Taco Bell Expecting To Add Delivery Service By Year's End FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Although the company is still tying up the loose ends on the idea, Taco Bell will jump on the delivery bandwagon sometime in 2015, according to slate.com. New Rochelle Students Take Top 3 Spanish Spelling Bee Spots NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The first-, second- and third-place winners of the districtwide Spanish Spelling Bee were three students from New Rochelle's Isaac E. Young Middle School. Middle school student Rafael Diloné was the top speller, followed by schoolmates John Lindao and Derek Alvarado. These students were among the 20 finalists in grades 6-8 who participated in the Spanish Spelling Bee from Albert Leonard Middle School and Isaac E. Young Middle School. Their teachers are Bianca Cambeiro and Kerly Bustillos.
