Donations, Officer Reports Highlight Stamford DAR's Annual Meeting
STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Stamford chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) held its annual meeting recently at La Bretagne Restaurant.
Officer reports were given and new officers were installed. Subjects such as national defense, American Indian, and women's Issues were discussed. At the meeting, the chapter collected more than 80 canned goods for the local food bank.
The program, "New York During the Revolution," was presented.
