Lacrosse Star Briggs Barton Of Rye Named All-America, All-New England RYE, N.Y. -- Connecticut College senior Briggs Barton has been named to the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-America Team.  Barton was recognized as an honorable selection at attack. He was honored on the All-New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men’s Lacrosse First Team in April. Barton scored 29 goals while assisting on 12 others to lead the club with 41 points. Barton scored the final goal of his college career in a 10-7 victory at Hamilton College on April 18.
