Man Charged With Sexual Misconduct In Hudson Valley Following a months-long investigation into a sexual assault in the Hudson Valley, a 35-year-old man has been charged with alleged sexual misconduct. The incident was reported to police last year in Dutchess County in the city of Beacon, said Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson, of the Beacon Police. Tenzing Kunga, age 35, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged on Wednesday, March 29, Johnson said.  Bail was set at $20,000 cash/$40,000 bond /$65,000 partially secured bond.  Kunga was later bailed out and he is due back in court at a future date. New Update: Missing Stamford Man ID'd As Body Found In Westport Pond Police in Westport have released the identity of a body found floating in a retention pond. According to Westport Police Lt. Eric Woods, the body found early Monday, April 3, has been identified as that of Errol Whyte, age 62, of Stamford. Whyte has been missing since Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, and was the subject of a missing person investigation by the Stamford Police Department, he said. Body Found Floating In Westport Pond, Police Say Westport Police are investigating after a body was found floating in a retention pond. The body was found on Monday, April 3 by officers responding to a call of a reported body at 55/57 Greens Farms Road, said Lt. Eric Woods, of the Westport Police. The responding officers located the body and confirmed the person was dead, Woods said. The investigation is currently in its infancy and the identification is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin, he added. This is a developing story.
