She spent 17 years at Florida Today in Melbourne, Florida as a general assignment reporter, crime reporter, entertainment reporter and restaurant critic. She worked four years at Hometown News as a general assignment reporter, then another two years at Spacecoast Daily in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Melbourne, Florida.

Decomposed Body Found Inside Home In Hudson Valley Police in the Hudson Valley are investigating after a decomposed body was found in the basement of a home. The incident took place in Rockland County on Sunday, March 19, when Clarkstown Police responded to a home at 45 Ruth Drive in New City for a welfare check. New Update: 67-Year-Old Man Robbed At Greenwich ATM At Knifepoint, Police Say Police are searching for a suspect after a 67-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint at an ATM in Fairfield County. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m., Sunday, at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 127 West Putnam Ave., in Greenwich. Greenwich Police Capt. Mark Zuccerella said that a 67-year-old was using the ATM machine. Shoplifter Nabbed For Threatening Guard With Knife At Trumbull Mall, Police Say A 41-year-old man was caught on a city bus after allegedly brandishing a knife to aid his escape for shoplifting at the Trumbull Mall.
