Middlesex County resident Cornel Myers, age 39, of Middletown, was convicted of murder on Friday, Nov. 4 by a jury in Superior Court, according to Middlesex State’s Attorney Michael Gailor. Person Struck, Killed By Train In Hudson Valley A person standing on the train tracks in the Hudson Valley was hit and killed by a southbound Amtrak train. Man Killed After Losing Control Of ATV On CT Roadway, Police Say Police have released the identity of a man killed in an ATV crash. The incident took place in New Haven County around 9:45 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 4 in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette, of the Waterbury Police, Jose Albino-Mirabal, age 29, of Waterbury was driving an ATV in the area of 21 East Farms St., when he lost control of the vehicle and landed on his head in the roadway. Distraught Man Saved From Jumping From Yonkers Building, Police Say A distraught man was saved from jumping from a building in Westchester County by police officers.
