Truck Overturns On New Jersey Turnpike In Kearny: Njdot A tractor trailer overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike in Keary on the late morning of Tuesday, Sept. 17, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said. The truck overturned following a crash on the turnpike at the Western Spur northbound exit ramp at Interchange 15W by Route 280, the Department of Transportation said. The right shoulder is blocked as a result of the crash, the DOT said.
