Person Taken To Hospital After Morning Crash At Busy Katonah Intersection One person was taken to a hospital following a crash at a busy Northern Westchester intersection that briefly slowed morning traffic.  The incident happened on Friday morning, Jan. 19, when two cars became involved in a crash in Bedford at the intersection of Route 22 and Jay Street, according to Bedford Police Lt. Alert Issued For Missing Man Last Seen At Gym In Harrison Authorities are asking residents to be on the lookout for a missing man who was last seen at a gym in Westchester.  White Plains resident Fernando Manon, age 69, was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 18 around 5:45 p.m. in Harrison at the Lifetime Fitness located at 1 Westchester Park Dr., Harrison Police announced.  Manon, who suffers from dementia, was on foot and was seen headed in the direction of westbound Westchester Avenue.
