Road Closure: Route Between Pair Of Parkways In Mount Vernon To Close Motorists in Westchester are being warned of an upcoming ramp closure that will affect a busy route between two parkways.  The ramp from the eastbound Cross County Parkway to the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway (Exit 5) in Mount Vernon will close on Monday, Sept. 18 through Tuesday, Sept. 19, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.  The closure will begin at 11 p.m. on Monday and last until 5 a.m. on Tuesday, officials said.
