Driver Carefully Removed From Flipped Car After Crash In Katonah Firefighters were tasked with carefully rescuing a driver after a car flipped over during a crash in Northern Westchester. Former Westchester County Association Chairman, Longtime Tarrytown Resident Dies Beloved lawyer Bill Plunkett, who served as chairman of the Westchester County Association and was also an integral part of several other important institutions, has died. Plunkett, a longtime resident of Tarrytown, died on Sunday, April 16 at the age of 82, according to his obituary.
