DWI Arrests Pile Up In Fair Lawn After BMW Crash, Slumped Driver, Hit-Run: Cops Three people were charged with driving while intoxicated in Fair Lawn in recent weeks, police said. On Friday, March 27, around 1:37 a.m., Patrol Officer Matthew Hearon responded to a crash on Route 208 North at Berdan Avenue. There, he arrested Kenneth R. Gibbs, 48, of Glen Rock after a roadside sobriety test, police said. Woman Killed In Roxbury Crash ID'd, Driver Charged With Vehicular Homicide: Prosecutor Authorities have identified the victim killed in a Morris County passenger van crash as a 30-year-old Bergen County woman and charged the 33-year-old driver. Mystery Surrounds Body Found In Submerged Car Of Manalapan Retention Basin A body was pulled from a vehicle recovered from a retention basin in New Jersey over the weekend, authorities said. The Manalapan Township Police Department responded around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, after receiving a report of a vehicle submerged in the water off Comtois Road, according to Deputy Chief Michael Hoppock.
