Child Porn Bust: Marlborough Man Admits To Sharing Images Of Kids On Social Media, Feds Say A 46-year-old Marlborough man faces potentially decades in prison after he admitted to sharing child sexual abuse material online, authorities said.  Larry Stephen pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography and possession of child pornography, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. He was charged in July 2023.  Police raided Stephen's home in June 2023, where they found a cell phone with the offending images, the prosecutor said. Routine Norwalk Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Bust: Police Police arrested a man with a known history of drug crimes following a routine traffic stop on Monday, April 1, authorities said.  Trey Daniel Greene, 31, of Bridgeport, faces multiple felonies following the stop at the Stuart Avenue and Connecticut Avenue intersection in Norwalk, police said.  Officers pulled over a vehicle Greene was in and found 8.25 grams of cocaine, 14 grams of crack, 12 grams of fentanyl, and 14 folds of heroin, Norwalk police said.  He was being held on a $100,000 bond, police said.

Woman Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries In Sterling Crash A 78-year-old woman was seriously injured after an SUV crashed into her on Monday afternoon, April 1, authorities said.  The Oneco woman was walking on Plainfield Pike (Route 14) in Sterling when the Ford Explorer crashed into them around 12:15 p.m. Paramedics airlifted her to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries, Connecticut State Police said.
