Mount Kisco Chamber Helps Light Up The Town For The Holiday Season MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- The Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce helped with the holiday decorations and celebrations in town. On Friday night, a few hundred people turned out for the Tree Lighting at Village Hall. On Sunday night, a few local Clergy helped start the Chanukah holiday, also at Village Hall, by performing a ceremony, lightening the first candle and enjoying some homemade donuts. Irvington Middle School Students Create Video Book Trailers IRVINGTON, N.Y. -- Irvington Middle School students in Thomas Sandler’s English language arts class created book trailers as part of their seventh-grade narrative unit. The students were asked to read one or more full-length memoir before selecting one for which they would create a video trailer.  The seventh-graders used the Web tool Animoto to execute their video projects, which were complete with text, pictures, video clips and music.
