Dover Man Gets Prison Time For Selling Government Controlled Substance DOVER, N.Y. -- A Dover resident was sentenced to state prison after he was caught selling a government-controlled substance, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.Dutchess County Court Judge Peter Forman sentenced Anthony Hofmann, 29, to a term of 2 years, with 1 year post-release supervision. Forman also imposed a mandatory surcharge of $375 and suspended Hofmann's driver’s license, said the Poughkeepsie Journal.
