Sandy Hook Man Charged With Driving Drunk In Monroe MONROE, Conn. — A Sandy Hook man was charged with driving drunk Sunday evening in Monroe after he was was spotted crossing the center line into oncoming traffic on Route 25, police told the Connecticut Post.Monroe police said Marc Escarilla, 39, of Skidmore Lane, failed standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest, The Connecticut Post said.
