Norwood Library Offers Free Driver's License Practice Tests NORWOOD, N.J. -- The Norwood Public Library has teamed up with a national site that provides free driver’s license practice tests for members. Driving-Tests.org, a company dedicated to driver safety and education, writes the tests specifically from New Jersey DMV materials. Police Discover Credit Card Fraud At Rockland Gas Station HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- People who bought gasoline from the Mobil Mart station on West Ramapo Road in Haverstraw should check with their credit card company for possible fraud, according to reports.A skimming device that records credit and debit card numbers was found on pump 8 at 3:45 p.m. last Friday, lohud.com said.
